The 2023 Annual Meeting of the New England Political Science Association convened on April 20-22, 2023, at the Hilton Mystic in Mystic, Connecticut.  Panels were held on Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22.  A pre-conference welcome event  - a private after-hours guided tour of the Mystic Seaport Museum - was held on Thursday, April 20.
